Workshop 2: Managing a Research Project

This workshop (WS2) will train ESRs for details of planning and carrying out research projects (e.g., organization, strategic planning, time-management, communication). Partners will share experience on running industrial projects and how they differ from academic projects.

Theme: How to write and manage a Research Project: from a one-person scale to large networks.

Participants: the 22 PhD students (including 11 SWATNet ESRs) at early stage of their PhDs and 1 MSc student (PhD-to-be).
